Sealed tenders are invited
for the supply of following mineral salts required to manufacture mineral mixture & packing material
for mineral mixture in powder form for
one year w.e.f. issue of annual rate
contract. All the interested manufacturers / authorised distributors /
wholesale dealers are requested to submit
their offers so as to reach this office latest by 22.4.08 by 2.30 PM
which will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in the presence of
tenderers or their authorised representatives who may like to be present. The
tender should be duly super-scribed on the outer envelop as Tender for supply
of “Mineral Salts” & “Packing Material” along with an earnest money as indicated against each
mineral salt & packing material in cash upto
30000 or
in the shape of bank draft drawn in favour of Haryana Dairy Development
Cooperative Federation Ltd., SBTC, payable at Rohtak. The rates should be
quoted on FOR Rohtak basis clearly indicating the element of taxes etc.
otherwise the same will be treated as inclusive. The tenders received late,
conditional & without EMD
will be rejected straight away. The tender document having detailed
specification of Mineral Salts &
Packing Material can be had from the office of the undersigned @
Rs.250/- in cash between 10.00 AM to
5.00 PM on any working day & Rs.300/- by post on demand.
